March 26, 2010
Albany, NY

Read-Ahead Letter
Agenda

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requests your participation in the upcoming Regional School Bus Security Exercise being conducted March 26, 2010 in Albany, NY.

It is intended to bring together several regional security partners to discuss multi-partner coordination of prevention and protection actions in response to a transportation security incident affecting the school bus community. The exercise will be a scenario-based Advanced Tabletop Exercise that is focused on assessing security threats, establishing communications, securing critical infrastructure and assets, and public evacuation.

The Regional School Bus Security Exercise will afford valuable opportunities to better understand the role you and other security partners may play in gaining awareness of, preventing, and responding to a security incident specific to the school bus community. Your participation is important to ensure your perspective is presented during our discussion of regional busing security topics, and to provide an opportunity to enhance existing relationships with other industry partners and agencies as we work toward a common goal of increased security preparedness.

The TTX will be held at the Century House, in the White Ballroom.

The Century House is located at:

997 New Loudon Road (Route 9)
